United States of America — Making Israel Great Again

Enemies of the United States are lobbying Congress for the passage of the 2027 National Defense Authorization Act.

Not only is the $1.5 trillion dollar Defense Budget obscene to the extreme, but it contains an unheard of section especially in view of the 250th Birthday of the United States of America.

If voted in, Section 219 guarantees the merger between United States and Israel through their militaries.

Here is what the Letter from the Council on American-Islamic Relations addressed to the House Rules Committee states with regard to striking out Section 219 as proposed by Amendment 2 sponsored by Representative Thomas Massie (R-KY) and Ro Khanna (D-CA).

Support Amendment 2

“We also urge the Committee to make Amendment 2 in order for floor consideration. Offered by Representatives Thomas Massie (R-KY), Ro Khanna (D-CA), Jim McGovern (D-MA), Jesús “Chuy” Garcia (D-IL), and Rashida Tlaib (D-MI), Amendment 2 would strike Section 219, formerly Section 224, the United States-Israel Defense Technology Cooperation Initiative. Section 219 would establish a framework for expanded U.S.-Israel defense technology cooperation, research and development partnerships, intelligence coordination, and defense industrial integration across a range of emerging military technologies.

“At a time when the Israeli government faces international scrutiny and legal challenges regarding its genocidal actions in Gaza and its illegal occupations in the West Bank, Lebanon, and Syria, Congress should not be offering Israel deeper military and technological integration. Instead, Congress should be exercising oversight, promoting accountability, and carefully evaluating whether such entanglements serve American interests and values.

“Amendment 2 would preserve congressional oversight and future policy flexibility while allowing a full debate on the merits of the proposal.” — CAIR, June 24, 2026

Accelerating National Defense Strategy 2026’s “Peace through Strength”

Life will never be the same again inside these United States of America should NDAA 2027 with Section 219 pass. Since today the Department of War together with the Artificial Intelligence Technocracy are the centerpiece of Trump’s “Make America Great Again” revitalized defense industrial base (DIB) economy, “MAGA” will be confuted for “MIGA” and working Americans may even be required to become dual nationals, swearing allegiance to a nation hell-bent on establishing its own brand of fascistic New World Order.

Fight Section 219 in NDAA 2027!

As shown at Congress.gov (https://www.congress.gov/bill/119th-congress/house-bill/8800/text) here is what the text states:

Turn Away from the Destroyers of the Constitution

Of course the GOP and the MAGA military are scoffing at the idea of Section 219 remaking America in the mold of Israel, but it is the scale to which Congress is already captured by the Israel lobbies that probably accounts for the House Rules Committee curtailing debate on any potential issues. The verbiage of Section 219 legitimizes US-Israel military integration from past to present to future defense projects, research, development, hardware, software, defense industrial base, space, and including cooperation with any federal department and agency interfacing with potential military, technological, and machine learning research development interests.

There are no prerequisites on what Israel may turn around and share with other foreign nations. Investigative whistleblowers such as Brendon O’Connell (“Israel and Tech Theft”) has written and commented extensively about how Unit 8200 enables sharing of covert technologies with China and Russia. Convicted spy and Israel-First supporter Jonathan Pollard can even be hailed as a hero once Section 219 passes!

But Congressman Dennis Kucinich, and Institute of Peace and Prosperity founder Dr. Ron Paul have noted the infringements upon the Constitution and its founding principles embedded in the Declaration of Independence. AGN has already investigated a future article on how Section 219 is illegal, threatens American sovereignty, and why it matters. In any event despite what apologists and proponents argue, one cannot be too vigilant about the abrogation of “One Nation Under God, indivisible, with Liberty and Justice for All” (The American Flag Salute).

To complicate matters, Californian Congressman Ro Khanna and outgoing Congressman Thomas Massie’s proposal (Amendment 2) to strike Section 219, though supported by a variety of Congressional peers, was ruled “not worthy of debate” by the House Rules Committee in late June. Any plan to strike Section 219—-cut off the head of the snake eager to embed itself further in our government with its body of institutionalized gatekeepers—-apparently was not worthy of consideration.

Bear in mind that the House Rules Committee, headed by longtime North Carolina Congresswoman Virginia Foxx is the same who cut short any possibility for amendment to the H.R. 1 “One Big Beautiful Bill” passed by the Republican majority in June 2025. This Committee is stacked with Republican lawmakers over Democrats by 9:6, guaranteeing the minority little say on the Rules on Debate, what is entered on record, and ultimately public news coverage for ordinary decision-makers.

The one saving grace (not a pun) from the delay in voting in the U.S. House about the NDAA 2027 was that because the SAVE Act to encourage new federal voting requirements through a system of effective state block grant bribery resulted in a stalemate, the House Rules Committee could not pass the Debate Rules on NDAA 2027. Because the GOP had hoped that it would guarantee them a win for the midterm elections the SAVE Act was appended to the NDAA and/or its reconciliation bill.

The Kucinich Report in “U.S.-Israel Military Merger Delayed: Here’s Why and How You Can Stop It” describes the current situation:

“This particular rule governed consideration of the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2027, legislation that would increase annual Pentagon spending by an astonishing 67 percent to $1.5 trillion. The rule, approved by the committee on a partisan vote at the request of the President, also combined the NDAA with the so-called SAVE Act, restricting voter registration…

“Because of a dispute over the SAVE Act, the House voted down the rule. The NDAA never came before the House for debate or final passage. A disappointed Speaker adjourned the House until July 13. As a consequence, the NDAA has not passed and the U.S.-Israel military merger it authorizes has not become law.”

On July 22nd the House did pass the NDAA 2027 in a 216-212 vote, but the Senate version of the bill is currently stalled “amid broader debates over defense spending levels, policy riders, and competing legislative priorities.” And much of the House and Senate have been attended to lightly due to August recess and the upcoming midterms.

Therefore this is a time for watchdog journalists and peace activists to share the concerns about NDAA 2027 widely and advocate for a removal of Section 219 “United States-Israel Defense Technology Cooperation Initiative” before the entire NDAA 2027 package passes and it becomes too late!

The Kucinich Report on Taking Action!

First, “Let us truly celebrate our independence by staying independent. Please help spread the word by forwarding this article to your family, friends, and colleagues.”

Second, Find your Members of Congress.

Contact the House of Representatives to find Your Representative @ House (https://www.house.gov/representatives/find-your-representative)

Contact the Upper House U.S. Senate to find Your Senator @ Senate (https://www.senate.gov/senators/senators-contact.htm)

Third, Call the U.S. Capitol Switchboard at *202-224-3121*and ask to be connected to your Representative or Senators.

Fourth, Have Your Ask Ready. Voice Your Support.

*Making in order the Massie-Khanna Amendment and other amendments to remove Section 219 from the NDAA.*

Fifth, The Kucinich Report offers voters a generic telephone or mail-in script but you are encouraged to customize it to suit your particular concern, for instance, that you do not support the NDAA 2027 at all, because those hundreds of billions of dollars belong right here to spend at home. Or you can also include your concern that there should be no special appropriations of between $67 to $200 billion dollars to cover the ongoing military operations in Iran. Since the House has already approved NDAA 2027, it is probably best to contact your Senator right now. The Ask need not take more than one paragraph or about five sentences, but remember to thank your Senator / Representative.

Sixth, find out who you can join in your network to discover upcoming protest activities in your state or on Capitol Hill. For instance, Muslim-Americans can probably discover pro-Palestine networks and anti-war organizations which are against the merger between the U.S. and Israeli militaries.

Stay tuned as AGN continues this discussion in upcoming articles
