Nation Sleeping-Walking into World War: What to Do
Europe has been warning residents to prepare for a nuclear war since October; Russia has also been warning residents to prepare emergency survival packs. However even with preparations, many cities have allowed their fall-out shelters to become antiquated. Germany may be on the Russia hitlist due to the Ramstein Airforce Base, an effective defense coordination center, and home to the NATO Air Command and U.S. Airforces Command. Nevertheless, it has 579 bombshelters for 580,000 people, according to the German Federal Interior Ministry, for a population size of over 84 million people.
Just as in Ukraine or America (which has zero emergency underground shelters for civilians despite FEMA’s 30 billion dollar annual budget), people will have to crowd into underground subways, huddle under highway bridges, or look for abandoned culverts to take shelter inside. In fact, thanks to AI software, German developers are helping citizens locate their nearest shelter in an emergency—-provided their smartphones work.
The dysfunctionalism in Europe has reached an all-time high. On the one hand, France, Germany, and Italy will appear to promote a peace plan for settling the Ukraine Russia War one week; then the next, they are back to their incrementalism, working up the escalation ladder in sending more men, more tanks, more weapons, to Ukraine. Europe’s vacillating yet ultimately globalist capture is evident in how their leaders betray their sovereign national interest, their native countrymen, but are nevertheless easily re-elected.
Russia’s response to the long-range missile strikes by Ukraine on Bryansk and Kursk using American made ATACMS and British Storm Shadow was to launch a combined intense strike in Ukraine on November 21st. For the first time, the Oreshnik RS-26 intermediate range ballistic missile was featured. It did not disappoint. Even though the ICBM and shells were not loaded with fissile material, the sheer speed and weight and sun-approaching heat of the falling metal shattered everything within a 1000 feet radius to dust. People around the world were stunned.
According to RT.com, this medium-range hypersonic weapons system is a significant advancement. It travels at speeds of up to 3 km/sec, meaning it can reach up to 6700 miles per hour. Mach 10 is at speeds of 7600 mph, so it is around Mach 9. At any rate, it is strategic, high precision, and can release 18 missiles at once, as seen in various video footage. The landing is so fast it cannot be intercepted, and even trying to intercept such missiles, the Patriot System ABMs are too expensive, ranging about 1 billion dollars. Because of the precise aim in programming of the targets, Russia can avoid being accused of using weapons of mass destruction. However the heat generated from these missiles approaches that of plasma.
Russia’s advancements in weapons technology, made inside of Russia, are beyond compare at this point. They also have thermobaric bombs, which operate like plasma bombs, sucking all the oxygen within the vicinity to use for hydrogen-bomb-like chain reaction. They also are developing or have plasma bombs which do not require the most radioactive-type fissile materials for chain reaction, eliminating much of the most harmful radioactive fallout. According to Brooks Agnew on his America Free Radio, there are only 9 countries that currently have fusion bombs including Russia, China, America, and North Korea. With Russia’s various hypersonic weapons, including Sarmat-2 (RS-28), the chance for interception is nil because the multiple independent reentry vehicle (MIRV) missiles have variable speed; in addition they are programmed to evade detection systems.
Hindustan Times produced a video “Putin Puts Satan II Nukes to Standby Amid Ukraine’s Nuclear Threats.” Sarmat (RS-28) is shown taking off in stages like a rocket, and flying in the 18,000 km range, thereby being able to reach any continent. The rocket will carry up to 10 heavy nuclear warheads; and the blast yield at 900 kilotons is reputed to be 45 times the size of Hiroshima. The speed of Oreshnik is such that arrival time to decision-making centers any place in Europe is less than 18 minutes, with defense bases in Poland within 11 minutes. Thus, the statement by Russia that it is currently selecting targets should the West continue to escalate the war must be taken seriously.
And yet, despite President Putin, along with other ministers, including Federation Council chairwoman Valentina Matvienko, issuing grave statements, the warnings appear to continue to be dismissed by the European Union. In fact, according to Infowars.com, they are even reported to be forming a new military alliance, Northern Group, to continue to escalate the war in case incoming President Trump tries to broker a peace deal. The rogue group is reputed to consist of UK, Germany, Iceland, Scandinavia, Baltic States, France, Poland, and the Netherlands. Furthermore, they have pledged, along with NATO, to deploy “100,000 peace-keeper troops” into Ukraine; while President Biden is promising at least $24 billion dollars in additional aid to Ukraine.
This recklessness, surging the Ukraine War at the end of an administration, must further be contextualized by the latest promise by the United States, whoever is President, to punish the BRICS nations (Brazil, Russia, India, China, South Africa) and other aspiring members, for daring to transact in their own currencies rather than use the U.S. Petro-dollar. According to Executive Intelligence Review, “London and Wall Street Launch ‘Financial ATACMS’ Against the BRICS,” the toxic speculation about nuclear pre-emptive strikes are also accompanied with all-out financial warfare being launched against leading nations of the BRICS.
“BRICS member Russia is now being hit with such financial warfare, including additional sanctions against all its banks and international pressure to raise interest rates, even above the current level of 21%. BRICS member India is under assault by a U.S. Department of Justice operation to bankrupt the country’s leading businessman, Gautam Adani, who is a close ally of Prime Minister Narendi Modi in his economic development strategy. And now BRICS member Brazil has been instructed by ‘the markets’ that it has to further raise interest rates (from 11.25% to 12.25% and higher), as well as cut back government spending, to stay in the good graces of Wall Street and the City of London.”
But the BRICS (which represent 4.7 billion people) are not the only ones to suffer from the ongoing World War III (some call it World War IV if one counts the Cold War); the Global South, such as Africa, has suffered tremendously from the drastic reductions in shipments of grain and fertilizer from Ukraine, and the carryover of Africom vs Wagner military contractors (NATO vs Russia) in the African Sahel, with resulting political unrest, and even civil war. More and more, “defense equals offence” appears to result in destabilization.
To make matters worse, World War III (the hot-phase will only take an hour at the very end) is now spreading to East Asia, heretofore known as the Five Asian Tigers region of flourishing prosperity and a new golden-age. The instability started because North Korea decided to join up with Russia against Ukraine. So far, it has sent 10,000 troops (now fighting in the Kursk region), and contributed a great number of short range missiles. (60) of the KN-23/24 were fired at a Ukraine military base recently, the Kyiv military revealed a few days ago.
Undoubtedly, the U.S. militarized society of South Korea has taken notice; even with tunnel cities literally designed into the subway systems of the Far East, the memory of World War II Japanese and U.S. methods of carpet-bombing remain vivid. Their sovereign independence is tied to massive amounts of U.S. defense spending and support for Eastern equivalents of Khazarian-style ghoulish pop-culture laced with satanic-tropes.
According to a mutual defense pact signed with Russia in October, North Korea is providing 5 million shells and 100 missiles and upwards of 10,000 troops, in exchange for assistance with its nuclear weapons program as well as other funds. In response, Ukraine President Zelensky began elaborate diplomatic talks with South Korea, as well as Japan, to solicit their participation in the war. According to various media reports, last week (Nov 25-27) a Ukrainian delegation arrived in South Korea to seek weapons aid for Kyiv in its war with Russia. This did not happen in a vaccuum: the meeting had been planned after the NATO pact evaluated Ukraine’s urgent defense needs in October. Despite much heavy manufacturing, Seoul has thus far focused on providing only non-lethal aid, such as de-mining equipment, gas-masks, and field rations. The meeting between Defense Minister Rustem Umerov and South Korean President Yoon Suk Yeol resulted in a promise to share intelligence on North Korea (DPRK)’s troop deployments to Russia and to transfer of weapons and technology.
Since South Korea and the DPRK have never formalized a peace agreement following the Korean War ceasefire; they have been at odds for the past seven decades; and the stationing and buildup of American bases in Asia over the past twenty years has largely obstructed normalization of relations. The fact is right now Ukraine is lusting for new markets, whether in arms or blackmarket trade, and the potential for South Korea to furnish large amounts of ammunition and even advanced defense systems, such as the Terminal High Altitude Area Defense (THAAD), newly installed along the peninsula. What Russia has made clear is that this will destroy bilateral relationships with South Korea.
As if Russia were not constrained enough, Japan has also voluntarily offered to assist Ukraine. According to a report at the South China Morning Post (SCMP), “Will Japan Arm Ukraine, North Korea Reinforces Russia,” Japan has long been a vocal supporter for Ukraine, especially as it has long been a NATO bystander. Thus far it has only participated in sanctions, and the provision of non-lethal aid such as generators and other equipment “to help Ukraine meet its energy needs as winter approaches.” Furthermore, in early November, Japanese Foreign Minister Takeshi Iwaya met his Ukrainian counterpart, Andrii Sybiha, during a surprise visit to Kyiv “to discuss the thousands of North Korean troops deployed to Russia.” There are agreements to provide classified security information, and foster a basis for future defense coordination.
It is not looking good for the “Axis of Evil” right now as the U.S. NATO is spreading throughout the Pacific, encouraging operations and re-establishing close ties with the Philippines, and Japan. This includes hosting advanced U.S. missile units on temporary bases to counter China’s regional assertiveness, and ready to be deployed in case military intervention becomes necessary for Taiwan. A variety of weapons, long-range and missile defense, systems are planned, such as High Mobility Artillary Rocket Systems (HIMARS); but a nuclear-armed Japan will surely create greater insecurity throughout the region, even if Russia can strike multiple nuclear power plants with one rocket instantaneously.
The counter-intuitive nature of setting up the world for global war, especially as the Biden Administration is supposed to prepare to leave office, makes America much more vulnerable as well. This is because Russia has revised its “Fundamentals of State Policy of the Russian Federation on Nuclear Deterrence” as of November 19, 2024. Since the INF Treaty was abandoned in 2019, both America and Russia have increased their production of Intermediate-Range Missiles, with Russian missiles now quite technologically advanced enough to target multiple bases, aircraft carriers, manufacturing facilities, decision-making hubs or armories, in hypersonic strikes.
Accordingly, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation recently published a key statement:
“The Russian Federation reserves the right to employ nuclear weapons in response to the employment of nuclear and (or) other types of weapons of mass destruction against itself and (or) its allies, as well as in the event of aggression against the Russian Federation and (or) the Republic of Belarus as participants in the Union State with the employment of conventional weapons, which creates a critical threat to their sovereignty and (or) territorial integrity.” (§18, Dec 3, 2024)
Within the United States, only a handful in Congress appear to be cognizant of the dangers that Biden is posing with his ratcheting up war activities in Ukraine, Syria, the Middle East, and elsewhere. It is as if the Deep State is intent on Trump-proofing the war to make it impossible to negotiate any peace settlement. Only Congressman Keith Self (R, Tx) has gone so far as to write a letter to President Biden calling for a classified briefing regarding the administration’s agreement on Ukraine’s stipulated rules of engagement with regard to the long-range ATACMS. It does not appear that Biden responded; however Keith Self has published his letter as well as this statement from his press release:
“These are the most dangerous days America has faced since the Cuban Missile Crisis. President Biden has authorized a nation — that is not our ally in any legal sense of the word — to attack deep into the territory of one of our major adversaries. I understand the horrors of strategic nuclear war, and it is striking to me that during this sensitive phase of the Ukraine conflict, our political and military leaders are not dialed in on the potential disastrous ramifications of escalating this conflict.” —–Congressman Keith Self (R, Tx)
Representative Keith Self really does have experience from the Cold War, when he stood in active duty on strategic nuclear watch, responsible for launching strategic nuclear weapons on order of the National Command Authority. A handful of Congresspersons is all it takes to help alert Trump or the leaders of the world, but it also requires the activism of the public. The danger is that the public is lulled to sleep because they believe they have done their duty voting on November 5th. The danger is that the world believes that all the service members standing on strategic nuclear weapons watch are sane, follow orders, and that the chain of command is reliable and secure all the way to the top.
In fact, it is very worrisome that the Kremlin itself warns: “Overall guidance of state policy in the area of nuclear deterrence is carried out by the President of the Russian Federation.”
Our planet is literally in the hands of leaders we must trust to be sane, and yet, we already know that some are decidedly not (such as Prime Minister Netanyahu of Israel), that some are ruled only by their emotions and gross sensibilities, that they may be anxious to prove to the world their power, fame, or ability to conquer, rather than think about the good of all humankind, flora and fauna.
This is why The LaRouche Organization is urging people to attend the December 7-8 Schiller Institute International online conference, “In the Spirit of Schiller and Beethoven: All Men Become Brethren,” a celebration of 40 years anniversary of the Schiller Institute.
Register at SchillerInstitute.NationBuilder.com/20241207_conference for this weekend of experience and wisdom from leaders and experts from around the world, along with musical presentation and graceful visions of a new international development and security architecture. There will also be panels, question and answer, as well as a chance to pace one’s participation level (ie. take breaks from the virtual conference). Even if you cannot come the days of, from past conferences, there is a chance it will be reposted on YouTube.
