Happy 250th Birthday America

America ignores critical infrastructure needs

Nothing about this essay is real. It is inspired from my rude and unhappy experiences as an Asian American female perhaps.

In America, one is raised under the assumption that “anyone could become president.” But by my calculations, it will be at least another 250 years, at least, before an Asian-American female (now called Asian-American-Pacific-Islander-Native-Hawaiian) becomes President of the United States.

Greatest Nation on Earth

We pride ourselves as the greatest nation on the planet based on material wealth, bombastic powers, and American-name branding. We own the planet and to prove it, we have recently dethroned the Arab countries and made meaningless the definition of OPEC. We own the most LNG in the Western Hemisphere. Thanks to our takeover of Venezuela, we own a vast immediate Strategic Petroleum Reserve.

According to the astute geo-economic analysis of international accredited journalist Richard Medhurst, and confirming my suspicions from past research into the Gulf Oil Spill (Deepwater Horizon), the Gulf of Mexico (renamed Gulf of America) refineries between Texas through Louisiana have the capacity and capability to handle the heavy crude being shipped from Venezuela. This is of course provided that kidnapped President Maduro of Venezuela continues to rot in his Brooklyn, New York jail cell (as well as his wife).

There are undoubtedly many oil tankers loading up in Venezuela and shipping to the Gulf, which is possibly the real reason there is an embargo extending around Cuba. It is to help guard the tanker vessels from piracy (even while Americans are doing the same to Russian tankers).

Richard Medhurst’s analysis is so astute that even the alternative news media hardly touches on the topic, let alone the mainstream media. We, the American taxpayers, are not privy to the real reason of any war, let alone what is actually taking place in detail day after day. If one watches ABC Nightly News with David Muir, one gets a few minutes of Middle-East news. Lately the refocus has been on airplane mishaps, unusual weather, tornadoes, and crime. Following this a nice splashy discussion about FIFA and the latest warm fuzzy wonder story to close out.

Most Isolatory Individualism

This is why Americans are adapting to a new cash coldness, colonialist hubris, and division along class lines to a greater degree than ever before. All we are supposed to care about the world is how much more we are paying at the gas pump. Nobody gets it that this is a farce, firstly, because the only reason why gas prices are rising is because the transnationals would rather sell to the highest bidder, the Asian nations who are facing a desperate shortage, for instance.

Secondly, the news media, conforming to the typical CIA-controlled managerial operations, is manipulating the public sentiment around the dollar and price fixation; we don’t care about human lives or living conditions overseas; all we have to care about is the price of gas and food. It signals to the basic population what is “safe to talk about” while reminding us to worship the dollar and the car, and the troops who are protecting our dollar and our cars.

That is all patriotism for the average American means today is democratic consumerism. For our vote really means very little except a change in the guards. The Democrats will tend to throw in support for social welfare, which the Republicans wrongly label as socialism. Nearly all first nations countries offer a respectable social safety net; even Taiwan offers free public healthcare. According to David Rundell, author of Vision or Mirage, today in Saudi Arabia “even the remotest village has a school and tuition-free university education is widely available. Indeed, one subsidy that has not been cut is the stipend paid to students to attend university.” The Asian Tiger nations are renowned for teaching the values of hard work, but also increasingly taking care of their elders not in nursing homes but in multi-generational villages, encouraging healthy inter-generational contact and growth and value systems.

Our concept of democracy has much less to show for itself than 50 years ago. There are too many homeless people and they are treated as criminals, spurned by society, and their belongings are taken to the landfill. Housing First has become defunded, so these people who might be drug addicts are not receiving the help they need. There are young people mixed in with older homeless, former factory workers, once happy housewives, down-and-out vets, people who come from broken homes, and chronically underemployed workers stuck living in their cars, always having to worry about where they will move their car next.

Most Ruthless Selfishness

America used to have many community service clubs, whose sole purpose was to augment basic charities. The Lions Club would offer free vision clinics; the Kiwanis Club would offer college scholarships; the Rotary Club would offer international studies programs; and so on. Even recreational clubs tended to foster a community dynamism, and ways for people to meet up. Somehow over time, they become infiltrated and taken over by careerists or power-brokers, those whose main fixation tend toward power, profit, and control.

This is how Club Hollywood took over much of society starting in the 1980s, to the point that today, to demonstrate that you are one of the boys at work, you go to the local pole-dancing club together after work and drink and get laid. Never mind who it is you are getting the massage from, so long as you get a happy ending. Concern about slavery and human trafficking stops as soon as the factory shift is over. Today’s hip-hop and raves even celebrate gang rape and kidnapping and murder as if they were rites of passage in a slave-trafficking nation.

In today’s Gen Whatever sterile white society, one socializes via the internet which contaminates young minds and entrains them with values of narcissism, egotism, popularity competition, and keeping up with appearances. To actually meet up, one must join Meet Up groups. When people meet, they are managed by leaders whose entire schtick in life is being a bike nerd, hiking nerd, bird-watching nerd, jogging nerd, Vinyasa Yoga nerd, and so on. Everyone is herded into who can be the nerdiest about the meeting up group theme.

Societal Hawkishness

Are we saying that American society is unbalanced? If we are, it only makes sense, because afterall, as the greatest most powerful wealthiest nation on Earth, we have to be the greatest, the very best, the ultimate, the supreme, approaching the Monad, in whatever hobby we offer to organize for a Meet Up. That gives us the right to play boss, establish pecking order, enforce law-and-order, and basically create a Swiss Army regime out of our group, while fashioning the leader for totalitarian fascist dictator.

Okay, there is some exaggeration there. But once, this reporter had visited the Unitarian Universalist church for a while, the church that claims, “We only believe that there is a possibility of a God” (or something like that), and the theme of the service was Nature Day. So following a lecture about John Muir, we had to have some Swiss Alp yodeling song to sing, which this reporter was not interested in participating. Because this reporter did not open her mouth, just stood there listening, this reporter was ostracized and rewarded with the most icy stares from all kinds of people. One person even kept admonishing the reporter: It’s time to SING, WHY DON’T YOU SING?

That is the kind of church inclusionism we have today in many churches throughout America. Fascism takes hold because they take it for granted that to be a member, one must conform, and that conformity allows no questioning, just blind obedience, and if you do not conform, the group is allowed to punish you socially, emotionally, and psychologically.

In fact, American high schools and colleges have taken on the law-and-order, obedience, and conformity testing grounds. One is no longer tested based on just academics but also on willingness to conform to rules and regulations, arbitrary punishment, targeting of Others, and adjustment of the goalposts or rules however the teacher or principal or security officers sees as fit.

Orwellian Panopticon

The fascist molding is complemented by surveillance camera and listening devices that record everyone in the vicinity. Security technicians are watching everything and transmitting useful data to huge (foreign) government data bases to be analyzed by AI and studied for the development of algorithms. How much provocation can this group stand? What are their triggers? How can we invent new triggers to manipulate people?

The supercomputer AI monsters owned by BlackRock or Oracle or the DeepState is eager to globalize the surveillance system, even if the public face is hipster Elon Musk, or friendly huckster Jeff Bezos.

No doubt today’s George Washington and Thomas Jefferson would have to install an Echo robot companion or two in their households, never mind the slaves. Thomas Paine would be banned from the internet, but of course, how much of his Common Sense could one read for free today? There are real strictures on what is condoned reading material and teaching material in the textbooks. Even Huckleberry Finn is banned (and basically for its satire about cultish hereditary Freemasonry). Sure, we have a lot more quality science textbooks, but the history books? They uphold the desired warped historical mirror that is desired for students to cough up on exams and SAT entrance tests.

Time will also reveal that the real reason for banning Cesar Chavez 50 years too late is not for his indiscretions, which the Dolores Huerta Foundation is so worried about. Rather, it more likely is a geo-economics ploy to reduce the status of Hispanic Heritage to the pre-union pro-colonialist perspective. The State Department probably believes it teaches the Latin American nations a lesson about the true nature of colonialism, which is that like a noxious weed, it can arise again and again. There is some geopolitical message against irredentists, otherwise, why isn’t Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. taken down, for as many observers have noted, he also underwent a troubled marriage due to a number of marital indiscretions?

Nevertheless, quite a number of ordinary people, especially those hoping to gain some kind of standing, will denounce anyone that the mainstream media goes after. They will parrot anything the State asserts, without so much as a blink of the eyes. They are not worth reasoning with because these are the equivalent of Red Scarves willing to report you for a song: Cesar Chavez, What the Eff?

Americans Reject Enlightenment

None of this bodes well for our society let alone for the next 250 years. This reporter worked in a convalescent home for several summers in high school, and at one, which this reporter worked at for two summers, the elderly people would sit in the dining hall before and after dinner, and it seemed all they were ever interested in talking about was how wealthy they were, who they knew, and how much superior they were compared with their neighbor. This vanity contest exists to such an old age, but it is a feature of the elderly Euro-Americans.

It is for this reason that there are different homes set up for different groups of elderly people. Those Euro-American convalescents would be baffled at Asian-American convalescents who rather sit quietly not talking. Are they dumb? Why do they seem so stupid? But they would not notice they might be looking at the sunset, fingering their prayer beads, listening to the birds outside, or chanting a Buddhist mantra. They are preparing for entering the next world, something that most humans, let alone Americans, hardly ever cogitate over.

But for those who are born and raised in the American media environment, who are enchanted by social media influencing, who are attending Johns Hopkins or other Ivy League institution, perhaps there is a place where they can exert their function and privilege while pretending to believe in community and service. They can attend, for instance, St. Matthews Cathedral in Washington, D.C. Here there are an abnormal number of young Euro-American females of white privilege, and their older aged spinster counterparts, and they are always balanced by a few angry black men struggling with homelessness or other marginally homeless sorts standing outside on the church steps pacing back and forth.

If you are a marginalized female person of color, one notices how friendly these spinsters and their younger counterparts are. They will open the door for themselves, then with a stiffened spine and arrogant glare, swing the door behind them without it appearing ever to dawn on them to hold the door open for anyone but a clone version of themselves. There are no meet and greets at this church; rather, the behavior of at least a third of the parishioners is that of belonging to a cult. They will gather before a statue and stare upwards, but if you say hello, they will sniff and scoff at you in the most unfriendly way possible. One Thai-spinster grandmother will stalk the aisles, literally, and she purposely paces around the pew where this reporter might be, and if one tried to say hello, she appears to receive it like she has just struck you out. She sneers with a cruel gleam in her eye, sniffs, and sidles off.

Americans Aspire to Robothood

This reporter cannot decide if these people are even human beings, let alone Christians. They are the most toxic predatory narcissists posing as Catholics one has ever met. They are positively unhealthy to be around because they absolutely are there to deride, mock, one-up, play superior, and most importantly suck up all the good Qi around the church for themselves. Whether their clothing is drab or the hippest cutest college summer dress with shoulder straps, and dress cut above mid-thigh, the vanity and hubris are on full display.

Do these kind of people even understand what faith in community and love for all actually means? No, they truly believe they are there to be seen just like at a JHU social club. And of course, in DC there are also the type of foreign service officers who purposefully come to these churches to study who they hope to recruit for their future field operations. Maybe they are doing a special meetup that this reporter has happily not discovered about yet.

Cheering for the Donroe Doctrine

Let’s everyone celebrate the triumphant ongoing crusade around the world to make America greatest again! We will conquer: Iran, Russia, China, Taiwan, Indonesia, Philippines, Japan, South Korea, North Korea, Saudi Arabia, the rest of the Gulf, Venezuela, Mexico, Latin America, Canada, Iceland, Greenland, the Slavic countries, and of course, all of Europe. We have $1.5 trillion dollars for the next War Department budget, but that is not counting the additional resolutions and riders for the operational wars which require to date a request for between $80 to $150 billion for finishing the war with Iran (which is actually slated to take up to ten years).

According to Richard Medhurst, all of this is worth it because the American transnational gas drilling companies, such as Chevron, are due to make a killing when the Leviathan gas lines spanning from India to Israel to Italy open up. They are already making a killing selling all the LNG to Europe now that it is a captive consumer of American LNG thanks to the destruction (by whom) of Nordstream pipelines 1 & 2. Israel wants to construct a grand canal to replace the Suez Canal which would handle all the heavy cargo and trade that will be taxed, tolled, and managed for security reasons by the United States. With the Asian tiger nations now at the mercy of the United States hemispheric control of gas and oil, they will have no choice but to give up their BRICS and ASEAN memberships to cede to the prerogatives of the greatest nation on Earth.

Peace and goodwill to humankind as long as there is more payout to the powerful Peace through Strength Corporations!
